Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team at VIP Express Tourism Limited. If you have a passion for the tourism industry and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting openings on relevant job boards
• Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information
• Assist in tracking employee training and development programs
• Coordinate training sessions as needed
• Prepare regular HR-related reports.
• Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process
• Answer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefits
• Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant data
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files
• Update HR databases with employee information changes
• All other functions as may be assigned by HR Lead

Requirements

• A Degree in Human Resource or related field
• A proven track record of executing HR- related or administrative role is a plus.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Hands on experience working with MS Office, MS Excel and HR Software (e.g HRIS)
• Effective communicationand interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ready to resume immediately
• Proximity to the job location is a must.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month.
