Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Team Management:

• Develop and communicate the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology-related goals and priorities.
• Lead the development of long-term technology roadmaps.
• Provide strong leadership to the IT department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for the team, offering guidance and support to facilitate their success.
• Mentor and nurture team members, fostering their professional growth and cultivating a talent pipeline.
• Drive innovation and stay current with emerging technologies.

IT Compliance and Security:

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee IT risk management and disaster recovery planning.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain a robust security posture.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Lead capacity planning and scalability efforts to meet growing technology demands.

Software Development Oversight:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to software development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications within defined timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the selection of development tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, including code reviews and documentation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.

ISO Certification and Compliance:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain the processes, controls, and documentation necessary for ISO certification, with a focus on ISO 27001 for information security management.
• Lead preparations for ISO audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our ISO certification efforts and maintain certification status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful IT strategy development and execution.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network architecture, cloud computing, software development methodologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. (ASP.NET Core, Angular, Kafka, Dapper, MongoDB, Azure, Kubernetes, Micro services, containerization)
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced certifications such as ISO lead implementer is highly desirable.
