Job Summary

• We are seeking to employ an Aesthetic Sales Associate. The job includes but not limited to reaching sales goals through client education, promotions of services and products, upscale customer service and training associates.
• The Ideal candidate must ensure an upscale client centric atmosphere is present while adhering to all policies, procedure and compliance in accordance with state regulations.

Job Description
A day in the life of An Aesthetic Sales Associate at alè beaute clinic.

• Deliver an outstanding customer service within the clinician and on the phone.
• Be present at all mandatory weekly corporate meetings.
• Promote/sale medical grade laser and skin services in order to reach monthly goals.
• Upsell clients the appropriate products based off services conducted.
• Present information relayed from senior management to associates efficiently.
• Monitor clinic performance and ensure  that sales are maximized.
• Assist Aesthetic Manager in supervising associates in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative teamwork environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Promoting the company’s services and products to the customers
• Provide professional aesthetic skin and body analysis and recommend suitable range of laser and aesthetic treatments.
• Taking photos for clinical documentations
• Conduct professional aesthetic skin and body treatments.
• Document clients progress report
• Provide after treatment customer service and follow up appointments with customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales target
• Train associates on how to perform effective consultation, recommend and perform treatments to clinic standards.
• Provide high standard of customer service
• Maintain clinic high standards
• Ensure clinic is clean at all times
• Promoting the company’s services and products to the customers
• Provide professional aesthetic skin and body analysis and recommend suitable range of laser and aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications

• Aesthetic experience in a diverse range of facial and body services such as hydra facials, extraction facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, skin tag removal, micro-needling, acne treatments, depigmentation treatments and hair removal treatments, preferred.
• 2 - 3 years or more of sales experience within an upscale organization required
• Proven sales rapport required.
• Proven ability to identify, problem solve, set expectations, supervise and develop strong teams
• Knowledge and understanding  of all services and product lines.
• Must be able to lead by example and perform the duties
• Strong communication skills
• Efficient with Microsoft, HP computer system and IPhone

Requirements:

• Full Time  - 5 days a week
• Service oriented with self motivation for achieving sales target.
• Positive attitude,
• Proven sales track record
• Able to start work at short notice
• Experience in sales, skin anatomy, skincare, medical grade facials, medical grade chemical peels, skin tag removal, traditional hair removal methods and strong consultation skills will be a plus
