This recruitment is for a reputable client in the Medical/Dental space.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Job Tasks / Functions

• Establish account relationships with current clients and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio.
• Support doctors with the development of their business.
• Proactively network with uncertified potential customers to develop a new business growth plan.
• Grow a portfolio covering aligners, intra-oral scanners and other medical devices, equipment, and consumables.
• With a result-oriented mindset, ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
• Consult regularly with internal partners on implementation of objective

Education / Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of a proven track record in sales.
• Ideally, with an industry background in the dental and/or medical devices or equipment field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.

Core Qualifications / Requirements:

• Demonstrated consultative selling ability.
• Highly Organized – with strong time management, planning and advanced organizational skills.
• Result-oriented – takes the initiative, is proactive, naturally strives for the best performance and is willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication and presentation skills. Past experience in the use of computer-aided sales systems would be an advantage.
• Computer-literate and comfortable using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Displays an open, growth mindset.
• Able to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• A good team player, reliable, responsible, dynamic, optimistic, detail-oriented, hard-working, and creative.

Salary
N230,000 - N280,000 / month.
