Halcom Management Services (HMS) - Our client, an international standard, multi-speciality, acute hospital located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024. Facilities and services provided include: emergency care, surgical, medical, internal medicine, family medicine, renal care, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, pathology, physiotherapy radiology and pharmacy. Skilled and professional staff form the foundation of a well-run hospital. The hospital will provide up-to-date facilities and services allowing our medical professionals to work efficiently and effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Suitably qualified, responsible for overall supervision of Finance Department, resolving queries, ensuring processes are in line with the working procedures and policies of the Hospital.
• Adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Job Requirements

• 2nd / 3rd year of B.Com (Acc) or equivalent
• Business acumen, problem solving, judgment and analysis
• Professional / Technical Proficiency
• Computer literacy
• Effective governance and risk management
• Leadership, and people management skills, interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication.
