Description

• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling designs across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for print and digital media, including but not limited to, advertisements, social media content, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.

Brand Identity:

• Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all materials.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity.

Multi-Media Design:

• Design and edit multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.

Market Research:

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively to gather project requirements and present design concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years work experience.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in UI/UX design is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is also an advantage
