Job Title: Course Creator (Artificial Intelligence)

Main Purpose of Position

• The Course Creator for Artificial Intelligence (AI) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive courses and educational materials in the field of AI.
• This role collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content that equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in AI-related roles. 

Job Reporting Relationships:

• Internal Customers: Subject Matter Experts, Learning and Development Team, Curriculum Development Team 
• External Customers: Students and Learners 

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Create, design and develop structured AI courses. 
• Content Creation: Create engaging course materials, including video lectures, written content, practical exercises, quizzes, assignments, and assessments. 
• Course Delivery: Deliver live or recorded course sessions, ensuring an interactive and effective learning experience for students. 
• Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and learning outcomes. 
• Course Updates: Continuously update course content to align with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices. 
• Learning Resources: Develop supplementary learning resources, such as study guides, reference materials, and AI toolkits. 
• Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from students to enhance course content and delivery. 
• Technology Integration: Utilize relevant AI tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and demonstrate practical AI applications. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of course content, maintaining high standards of excellence. 

Minimum Requirements

• 1 - 5 years experience
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning. 
• Strong instructional design and course development skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms. 
• Experience in online course development and delivery is advantageous.
