Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are actively seeking a talented and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at an event center.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our venue.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals interested in hosting events at our venue.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Present the features, amenities, and benefits of our event center, highlighting how it meets the client's needs.
  • Prepare detailed and customized event proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a strong professional network.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skill.
