Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketer to join our client in the Food and Drinks production, processing and packaging industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies within the food sector and be able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and product sales.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the food processing industry, including product promotion, branding, and market expansion
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote our food products, highlighting their unique selling points, quality, and value to consumers
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the food processing industry.
• Coordinate and participate in food industry trade shows and events to showcase our products and engage with potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing materials and supports are provided to distribution partners and retailers.
• Engage with consumers through social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels, gathering feedback and insights to improve products and services.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize results

The Person

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years proven experience in retail marketing and sales
• Strong knowledge of food industry trends, food safety regulations, and consumer preferences.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Strong client relationships with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person.
