Job Summary

• As a Business Project Development Officer at Westingate Global Enterprise WA LTD, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive our business projects to success.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet their objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and projects.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate project feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project performance and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals and presentations to clients.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in business project development or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
