Job Description

• A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in an organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, serving as a bridge between management and employees, and providing HR support and guidance.

Job Summary

• As a Human Resources Business Partner at Alert Group Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives.
• You will work closely with business leaders and employees to create a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR practices are aligned with company goals.
• This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to influence, advise, and support all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Alignment:

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and provide HR insights and recommendations.
• Translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions as needed.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and assist in resolving conflicts.

Talent Acquisition and Development:

• Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Performance Management:

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.

HR Policy and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to make data-driven decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Change Management:

• Facilitate organizational changes and restructuring efforts, providing guidance to leaders and employees.

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Organize employee feedback surveys and action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
• Demonstrated success in change management and organizational development.
