Job Summary
As the Finance Manager & Cost Controller at AutoBucks Lenders Limited, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and implementing cost control measures.
This position requires a strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed financial decisions that align with the company's goals.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Cost Control:
Develop and implement cost control strategies and measures to optimize expenses.
Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Collaborate with management to create and manage financial plans and budgets.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
Manage working capital and make recommendations for cash flow improvements.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Communicate financial performance and forecasts effectively.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Audits and Compliance:
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA) is preferred with 3-7 years experience.
Proven experience in financial management and cost control roles.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and cost accounting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the [industry or sector relevant to AutoBucks Lenders Limited].
Familiarity with financial software systems
Previous experience in financial risk management.
