Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to join our clients team.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships.
Develop, manage and refine a business plan and sales strategy for end user market that ensures attainment of revenue, sales and profitability of goals and also, reviewing and evaluating business procedures ranging from Sales deliverables in relation to real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set performance targets, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork, collaboration, and individual growth.
Sales Operations: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, lead management, client interactions, contract negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure efficient processes and workflows are in place to streamline sales activities and maximize conversion rates.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company’s sales portfolio.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, contractors, and other industry professionals, to generate leads and promote sales growth.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize sales performance.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts. Provide input on marketing strategies, target audience segmentation, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market demands.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Communicate sales progress, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to the executive team. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of sales activities.
Industry Knowledge and Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, expand professional networks, and stay informed about new opportunities.
Qualification, Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree is an added advantage)
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
