• As a Social Media Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the social media strategy for a company or organization.
• You will be responsible for managing a team of social media specialists and ensuring that all social media channels are effectively utilized to achieve the company's marketing and communication goals.
• This role involves strategizing, planning, and monitoring social media activities, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of social media specialists, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance to ensure they meet their objectives.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Content Calendar: Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
• Audience Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
• Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant guidelines and policies.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the social media landscape.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to adapt and improve strategies accordingly.
• Budget Management: Manage the social media budget efficiently, allocating resources for ads, tools, and other necessary expenses.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans for potential social media issues or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).
• Proven experience in social media management, with 3 - 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box to engage audiences effectively.
• Proficiency in social media advertising and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
