We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and direct the company business operations
• Generate proposals or tenders according to client’s specifications when required.
• Provide administrative support to senior executives and assist in special projects as needed
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
• Liaise with other members of the team across branches to meet company objectives
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports and send them to the Managing Director, as required
• Ensure efficiency in the delivery of work activities
• Provide clarity on company goals and provide leadership and guidance needed for actualisation of these goals to other employees.
• Understand business processes and provide improvement for efficiency
• Possess an above average financial skill and able to make adequate financial decision
• Identify and grow new businesses for expansion
• Prepare reports and coordinate the reports of all other departments

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role, supervising 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Managers.
• Knowledge of Technical and Financial bid processes
• Certification or accreditation is an added advantage
• Experience in the cleaning industry is an added advantage
• Management skills, leadership skill, problem solving skill,
• Must be highly creative and innovative.
• Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
• Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
