Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our real estate company. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage of our properties, creating visually appealing and engaging videos that showcase the unique features and selling points of each property.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of videography techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties using professional-grade equipment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively highlight the key features and benefits of each property.
• Conduct on-site visits to properties, ensuring that all necessary equipment is set up correctly and that lighting and sound conditions are optimal.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Incorporate music, voiceovers, graphics, and other visual elements into videos to enhance their overall impact.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography, constantly seeking ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos.
• Manage video files, ensuring they are properly organized, labeled, and stored for easy access by the marketing team.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate videos into various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Assist in the production of virtual tours or live-streaming events as needed.
• Maintain videography equipment, troubleshoottechnical issues, and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements when required.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Videography, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role in real estate or related industries.
• Proficiency in operating professional-grade videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong knowledge of videography techniques, such as framing, composition, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to create the following content: Motion Graphics, podcast videos, professional advert videos, Explainer videos, Text Animation, 2d & 3d Animations, and all other forms of video content
• Ability to make videos using an iPhone and a camera, drones, tripod, ringlets, and other necessary video equipment
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder Premiere Pro, Audition, Brightcove, Livestream, Photoshop, and other video software. Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and other needed tools for quality video production.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality footage consistently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative video concepts and storytelling techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is a plus.
• A portfolio of previous videography work is highly desirable.
