Job Description

• The Chief Operating Officer will report to the Centre Director and oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the business of the Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the Centre has effective operational and financial procedures in place.
• Employing appropriate strategies for safeguarding the Centre's assets .
• Collaborating with other executives to implement effective operational and business strategies and practices to optimize the Centre's capabilities.
• Implementing strategies to maximize customers' and other key stakeholder's experience.
• Manage all the resources of the Centre efficiently and judiciously to serve its purpose.
• Oversee the activities of all concessionaire in the Centre to ensure that those activities compliment the major objectives of the Centre

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
The successful candidate would have:

• A good First Degree and post graduate qualifications in Humanities, Engineering, or a Business-related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification
• Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, which must include a good track record in managing human resources, operations, and finances in a complex operational environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
