Job Title: Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of talented artists, technicians, and production staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, art, and technical teams, to ensure efficient workflows and seamless communication.
• Set and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and implement them in the studio's processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory role within the animation, film, or game development
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge ofindustry-standard production pipelines, and current industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• A passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of the creative process.
