We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
Client Consultation:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, health conditions, and desired outcomes.

Massage and Body Treatments:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques and body treatments to address clients' concerns and promote relaxation.

Skincare Services:

• Administer facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing, tailored to individual skin types and conditions.

Wellness Guidance:

• Provide clients with advice on skincare routines, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle choices that contribute to overall well-being.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including the proper cleaning and sterilization of equipment and tools.

Customer Interaction:

• Observe and respond to client reactions during treatments, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about spa products, treatments, and industry trends. Educate clients on available products and their benefits.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring punctuality and seamless transitions between clients.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information, treatment plans, and any relevant health concerns.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other spa professionals, including estheticians, massage therapists, and front desk staff, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality spa experience.

Continuing Education:

• Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in spa therapy through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / FSLC / HND / NCE / OND / PhDs / Doctorates / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
• Certification in Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics.
• Knowledge of various massage modalities, skincare treatments, and spa products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in spa services.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / month.
