Job Description

• We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our team, whose primary role is to act as the Accounts and Administrative Officer
• Do you have a knack for managing financial records and administrative tasks? We'd love to have you be a part of our dynamic and fun work environment!
• As an Accounts & Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and handling various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our recreational park.
• You'll work closely with the Park Directors, serving as their eyes and ears in regard to the park’s finances, budget, control, and administrative duties.

Job Expectations

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth park operations.
• Maintain a balanced work schedule.
• Foster a culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.

Requirements for this Role

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in accounts management and administration.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and administrative tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Preferably someone who resides close to Mabushi District to reduce the transportation costs.
