Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently utilize the ERP system to keep tabs on inventory levels and forecast future stock requirements.
• Source, recruit, and manage national logistics partners of the company.
• Supervise the reception of goods, confirming correct documentation and prompt system entry.
• Coordinate the distribution of goods to various locations, liaising with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Address stock-related problems promptly, such as discrepancies in stock counts or missing items upon delivery.
• Respond to requests for stock items to be dispatched to stores, ensuring they are fulfilled without delay.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to predict stock requirements, avoiding potential stock-outs.
• Regularly monitor, report, and respond to inventory metrics and performance indicators.
• Drive process improvements to enhance inventory management practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• A proven track record in inventory management, ideally in a leadership role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly inventory modules.
• Solid analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and handling logistics partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
