Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers who opt for the payment-on-delivery method for placing orders.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to confirm orders and facilitate purchases.
• Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Play a role in upholding a positive customer experience throughout the order and delivery process.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a convincing demeanor.
• Capability to establish rapport and build trust with customers via phone.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter attitude with a goal-driven approach.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and software.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
