Description 

• Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive recruitment, people management, Employee and industrial relations skills, and competencies.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline and preferably at Masters Level. Other professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Ideal candidates must have upwards of 12 years of HR and employee experience in a well-structured Manufacturing company.
• Candidates must have a good working knowledge of the labor law.
• Candidates must be experienced in employee relations.
• Candidates must have a good knowledge of Payroll computation
• Candidates must have good knowledge of Tax computation remittance and other statutory deductions.
• Must have strong employee management experience with the ability to relate with senior management in a large company.
• Candidates must have basic accounting and financial management skills to enable the preparation of payment and other similar responsibilities.
