Job Title: Talent Management Executive

Job Description
The Talent Management Executive is responsible for providing HR operational support to the assigned AOR.
This involves preparing monthly payroll for operatives, managing HRIS and providing administrative support to the HR Operations team.
HR Operations:
Support the manpower planning, recruitment and deployment of operatives in the assigned area of responsibility
Support the HR Operations team in the delivery of efficient and responsive employee services to operatives to ensure positive employee experience and retention
Assume responsibility for the management of all staff files and data in the most efficient and accessible manner
Ensure integrity and accuracy of the data management system
Prepare the monthly HR payroll report for Management information and Finance use
Manage exit procedure including interviews, exit forms etc. for all exiting staff
Register staff members with the Health Maintenance Organisations, Pension PFAs, etc.
Deploy staff benefits in line with Halogen's benefit schedule
Work in partnership with the HR team at Headquarter to ensure that the appropriate operational HR functions are delivered to employees in AOR
Enforce HR policies, processes and procedures
Provide support to the companies’ Training Academy in AOR
Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO requirements and standards
Talent Management:
Provide employee relations support and act as a liaison between line managers and employees or in providing counsel regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws, managing all disciplinary issues and grievance requests
Act as the HR interface between employees and the organisation and troubleshoot all issues including timesheet reconciliation (reduced time/overtime), sick leave, staffing, uniforms, welfare etc
Provide support and manage employee relations issues that may affect recruitment and retention of employees.
Reporting and Analysis:
Report projects activity to the HRBP as required; weekly, monthly, quarterly, B-annually and annual reports
Provide relevant data on operatives to the Operations team and HCD
Facilitate information sharing and smooth workflow with other team members and attend unit meetings as required.
Qualifications
First Degree from a reputable tertiary institution
Experience:
1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in HR Operations
Experience in security operations is an added advantage
Experience in recruitment and management of large pools of employees; and the use of HRIS and related technologies.
