Job Brief

• We are looking for a qualified and innovative operations officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations.
• In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and developing new company policies.
• You may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks.
• To ensure success as an operations officer, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.
• Operations officers are comfortable in leadership positions and have extensive operations management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing, Reviewing and Implementing Company Policy.
• Innovating Products.
• Keeping COO abreast with news in the Nigerian telecoms industry.
• Preparing Business Plans and Proposals.
• Providing effective summary on already prepared reports and providing insightful reviews.
• Driving the company's digital presence via different social media platforms.
• Managing relationship between the company and its clients, vendors and suppliers.
• Suggesting improvements in operational procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Reporting to the COO.
• Developing a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Researching on emerging technologies in the Telecoms industry and making viable recommendations on such technologies to the COO.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
