Job Summary

• As a Research Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, data analysis, and generating insights that support informed decision-making.
• You will be responsible for performing research tasks, drafting proposals, and designing research projects aligned with specific objectives and methodologies.
• The position involves analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key findings, and assisting in the preparation of reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities
As a Research Analyst, your responsibilities will be to:

Research Design and Planning:

• Assist in developing research strategies and methodologies that align with project goals.
• Contribute to the design and planning of research projects to meet specific objectives.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Conduct primary and secondary research using various sources such as surveys, interviews, and literature reviews.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
• Use statistical tools and software to process and interpret data.

Report Writing and Presentation:

• Assist in generating clear and concise reports, presenting research findings, and making recommendations.
• Prepare visual aids, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate research results.

Proposal Development:

• Draft research proposals that outline the research scope, objectives, and methodologies for clients or stakeholders.

Client Interaction:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project updates.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with research outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data and findings.
• Review and edit research documents to meet high-quality standards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with a team of researchers, analysts, and project managers to achieve research goals.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the development and research desk

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Social Sciences, Market Research, or related disciplines).
• 1-3 years of experience in research and data analysis, preferably in a related industry or field.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Client-oriented with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
