We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure utility bills payment are up to date.
• The maintenance manager is responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the company's installations, equipment, machinery and facility.
• He is to ensure the safety of people and property and guarantee a high standard of equipment maintenance.
• Working with the on-site maintenance staff in managing all maintenance-related improvement activities within an assigned property/outlet/office.
• Initiating, performing & overseeing maintenance projects.
• Turnovers, general maintenance, repairs, grounds upkeep, and overall upkeep of company outlets, stores, offices and properties.
• Assisting team leaders in carrying out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties.
• Handling a variety of facility maintenance requirements.
• Works with on-site Manager to meet and exceed the needs of the facility.
• Develop scopes of work for small improvements/services and seek out qualified contractors to bid the work.
• Manage existing contractors to ensure turnaround time on the maintenance is reduced.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, collaborating on approved vendor list, keeping vendor list updated and publishing the list for the company.
• General supervision and support for the service maintenance team.
• Performing regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems
• Implements corrective action plans
• Ensure down time on major equipment fall within company standard
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedule is followed
• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
• Supervises the maintenance technicians and supervisors
• Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
