Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Assist customers with order placement, order modifications, and order tracking.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
• Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1-2 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Empathy and patience to handle difficult or irate customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software applications
• Basic knowledge of the organization’s products or services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
