Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's overall objectives.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Cash Management:

• Manage cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash forecasts.
• Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

Financial Operations:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day financial operations.
• Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Previous experience in [industry] is preferred.
