Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage and execute promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Work with developers to improve website speed
• Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page development
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar with 3-5 years experience.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO,social media, display, and affiliate channels.
• Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent understanding of UX,web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization.
• Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
