Job Title: Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Car Insurance)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the car insurance company.
• Lead and manage a team of growth marketers, and develop and implement growth marketing programs.
• Track and analyze growth data and trends, and make recommendations to improve growth performance.
• Stay uptodate on the latest growth marketing trends and developments.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product, to achieve growth goals.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of driving significant growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and marketing automation platforms to drive growth initiatives and measure performance.
• Indepth knowledge of the car insurance market, including regulations, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, develop effective market entry strategies, and make datadriven decisions.

Remuneration
N800,000 Monthly.
