Birthed in Lagos, we are popularly known with our short-form ''Rango"'. Our presence can be felt in three malls across Lagos; Rango Restaurant, Ikeja City Mall, Rango Rooftop Lounge, Josego Mall, Lekki and Rango restaurants, Novare Mall Sangotedo. Our restaurants and lounge are a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a blend of modern ambiance and delectable cuisines.

Job Summary

• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
• Foster a positive working environment and provide ongoing training
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget
• Implement cost-control measures and optimize profitability
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and pricing strategies
• Analyze menu performance and adjust as needed
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and advertising
• Ensure the quality of food, service, and overall customer experience
• Conduct regular inspections and address quality concerns
• Oversee inventory levels and ordering processes
• Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. with 5 - 8 years of work experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and industry trends
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
