Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of the company's budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns.
Auditing: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting audit processes.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Expense Management: Review and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll activities, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Financial Compliance: Stay up to date with financial regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Requirements for the Role
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance is a plus.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
