We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Titles: Area Sales Manger and Territory Sales Officer

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo, and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the vehicle tire industry.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various vehicle tire types, sizes, and applications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and new product releases.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on tire selection based on their specific vehicle and usage requirements.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their tire needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to recommend appropriate tire solutions and address any concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer requirements and increase sales revenue.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
  • Develop proposals that align with customer needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build the company's presence in the vehicle tire market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Sc in any field of study
  • Proven sales experience in the vehicle tire industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle tire specifications, brands, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
