Job Title: IT Project Manager - Product Development and Go-to-Market

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to market launch.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ICT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product delivery.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technology, and a strong focus on delivering products to market on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Formulate and execute effective project strategies to ensure successful product development and market launch.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Product Development:

• Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product meets high-quality standards and aligns with business goals.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure the project stays on track.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with finance and resource management teams to secure necessary resources for the project.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure seamless product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and produce comprehensive reports.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes against predefined success criteria.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in ICT, with a focus on product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
