Job Description

• We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Officer at our Lagos center.
• The role involves overseeing the physical and e-library, providing technical support to students, ensuring seamless internet connectivity, and managing technical aspects during exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity problems.
• Setup and configure computers for office use, ensuring all necessary software and systems are operational.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure smooth conduct and troubleshoot any technical glitches that may arise.
• Regularly inspect and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Generate reports on system performance, usage, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an automobile environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong understanding of internet connectivity and network infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
