Job Title: Fashion Director - Volunteer

Responsibilities
Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with designers to enhance their visibility and optimize business potential.
• Provide guidance on creative processes, ensuring a harmonious balance between artistic expression and market appeal.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies within the fashion space.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across the platform.
• Conduct regular assessments of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with designers to address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

Business Management:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to elevate Teres Ani's brand presence.
• Act as a liaison between designers and the business team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the planning and execution of fashion-related events and promotions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience
  A deep passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for emerging trends.
• Business savvy with a good understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with designers and team members.
• Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Awareness of current events and cultural shifts influencing the fashion industry.
• Experience in quality assurance within the fashion or e-commerce sectors.
