Responsibilities
Campaign Creation:

• Assist in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Audience Targeting:

• Learn to identify and target specific audience segments to maximize ad reach and effectiveness.

Ad Copy and Design:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook ad campaigns using analytics tools.

Optimization:

• Work on optimizing ad performance based on key metrics and insights.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies in the realm of Facebook advertising.

Requirements

• Currently Pursuing a Degree or recent Graduate: Ideally, pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
• 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Age Limit: 30 years and below.
• Passion for Digital Marketing: Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about Facebook advertising.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of social media platforms and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and technologies.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to ad campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
