Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the product management team to define strategic directions and roadmaps, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying enhancement opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline and optimize processes for efficient product and service delivery.
• Implement automation tools, enhance workflows, and identify cost-saving measures.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Work closely with teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, ensuring seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to align teams with the product strategy.

Risk Management:

• Monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with product offerings.
• Implement controls and procedures, staying updated on regulations and compliance requirements.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product operations.
• Use insights to identify improvement areas and guide strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of product operations professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in fintech product operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
