Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketer to join our laundry business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our laundry services, attract new customers, and enhance brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive advantages for laundry services.
• Create and Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms using our social media handle, email, website to reach and engage with potential customers.
• Create and optimize content, including posts, ads, and newsletters, to promote laundry services.
• Implement branding strategies to differentiate our laundry services and establish a strong market presence.
• Implement strategies to retain customers and encourage repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the laundry services industry. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• The role may involve sharing flyer, going out to meet new clients and also sourcing for them, working on targets and taking management along, bring new deals and also managing existing ones, source for collaboration with cross-functional teams within the laundry business.
• Explore and establish partnerships with local businesses, hotels, or institutions for mutual promotional opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in marketing roles, preferably within the service industry; laundry or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, CRM software, analytics tools).

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
