Job Title: Junior Business Developer

About the job

  • The Junior Business Developer plays a crucial role in supporting the business development team by:
    • Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities
    • Market Research
    • Lead Generation
  • Assisting in the Development of Strategic Initiatives to drive business growth.
  • The Junior Business Developer will work closely with senior team member(s) to learn and contribute to the overall success of the business development efforts.

Requirements
Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Analyse data to assess market demands and identify opportunities for business growth.

Lead Generation:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of lead generation strategies.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.

Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Support the development of prospecting lists and databases.
  • Initiate and follow up on communication with potential clients to introduce the companys products or services.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the development of business proposals.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and concerns.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support in closing deals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other documentation.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on business development activities, key performance indicators, and results.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and contribute insights to strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years work experience.
