Job Description

• The Empowered Tribe is on a quest to discover a talented and experienced Music Director to lead our vibrant music ministry. If you possess a profound passion for worship, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire the best in our musicians and vocalists, we invite you to consider joining our church family.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct our music ministry with vision, passion, and musical expertise.
• Guide and inspire musicians, vocalists, and the entire music team to achieve excellence in worship.
• Create and arrange musical pieces that resonate with our diverse congregation, enhancing the worship experience.
• Collaborate closely with the pastor, worship leaders, and other church leaders to ensure the music ministry aligns seamlessly with the overall vision of the church.
• Conduct effective rehearsals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Music Director or in a similar leadership role within a church setting.
• Exceptional musical proficiency and understanding of various music genres relevant to church worship.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a heart for serving the church community.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to the evolving needs of the church.
• Must be a born-again Christian.

Salary
N30,000 - N60,000 / month.
