Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Description

• Organizing and coordinating project team/stakeholders from inception to completion
• Development of Project Plan and Project Charter
• Conducting/Coordinating User Acceptance Test
• Process analysis
• Development of SOW and workplan
• Development of Business requirement document
• Cost estimating and developing the budget for IT project
• Ensuring customer satisfaction on Going Live on Project
• Analyzing and managing IT project risk.
• Monitoring progress of IT Project
• Break down of business processes into specific steps to understand and improve business processes and outcomes.
• Work on projects designs to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes Activity
• Organize /coordinate Sprints, Sprint Review, Retrospectives
• Software (Jira & Confluence, Xray, MS Visio/Lucidchart, Slack, SharePoint)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, MSTeams).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Certifications:
Any of the following will be an added advantage:

• Professional in Project Management (PPM)
• Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
