About this Role

• As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate at gomoney, you will play a pivotal role in helping us promote our fintech solutions and services to a wider audience.
• This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to kickstart their marketing career in the fintech industry.
• You will work closely with our marketing team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging, informative content for our digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram by posting relevant content, engaging with our audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Email Marketing: Help in designing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven recommendations and improvements.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Support Events and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to marketing efforts.

Requirements
This might be for you if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in this field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• A passion for fintech and an understanding of basic financial concepts is a plus.
