About the Role
The solution architect is a role within the User Services unit of SunFi. The User Services unit is responsible for delivering a reliable, convenient, and seamless service to all users of the SunFi platform as well as ensuring a stellar user experience while reducing the cost of service delivery and risk of defaults.
The solution architect would work with a power curve to map prospective customer profiles with an optimal energy solution for a given price point. Another key role of thesolution architect is to ensure that the pricing used in the power curve is properly mapped with respective vendor pricing and inventory.
Responsibilities and Duties
Interacts with project management lead and vendors to ensure item pricing is up to date.
Does data gathering and energy management reconnaissance in various parts of the country from time to time.
Works with the SunFi Power Curve to fine-tune the output of the Power Curve and optimally match customer needs with respect to price points, energy needs and other customer requirements.
Communicates with stakeholders within the assigned portfolio (product manager, customer, user services team members) as it relates to energy management and optimization.
Designs and maintains the portfolio of Solar Inverter and Energy Solution Packages which SunFi’s Power Curve, User Services, and SunFi Associate Installers and Distributed Energy providers use to fulfill end consumer demand.
Supports SunFi Growth, Platform Finance Services, and User Services Teams in evaluating the technical viability of Solar Solutions recommended by 3rd party Distributed Energy Providers.
Manage and support the technical operations and quality assurance personnel in their duties.
Daily micro-adjustment, weekly summary, and monthly comprehensive energy optimization included but not limited to the following:
Qualifications
B.Sc / HND holder
Relevant experience (Preferably an engineer with a clear understanding of inverters and batteries)
Ability to speak and write English language effectively
Comfortable using computers
Good usage of Microsoft Office (emphasis on word, excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to use Google suites.
