Job Title: Senior Lecturer (Faculty of Enviromental Design and Management - Department of Quantity Surveying)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• Applicants must possess a good honors First and Second Degrees and a Ph.D. in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years post MNIQS and be financially up to date both at the State and National levels.
• Registered Member of QSRBN with current practice license. A minimum of 4 years of teaching and research experience in an approved Federal institution.
• Knowledge of computer programming and modelling for Quantity Surveying system.
• Ability for research and practical competence in the area of specialization will be an added advantage.
• Work experience in a Quantity Surveying related organization is also an added advantage. Possession of Scholarly publication is mandatory.
• Ability to teach in the specialized discipline and any other field(s) of Quantity Surveying.
• The successful candidate should be able to contribute significantly to the smooth running of the Department.
