We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Lead

Locations: Ajah, Surulere, Mushin, Ikotun, Ota, Ogba, Abule Oshun, Ikorodu, Badagry - Lagos, Abeokuta - Ogun, Ibadan - Oyo, Ilorin - Kwara, Trans Amadi, Omoku - Rivers, Asaba - Delta, Jabi, Kubwa - Abuja, Kaduna, Kaduna, and Kano.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of FMCG categories ( Beverage, Home and Beauty care, Packaged and Commodity)
• Hire and manage Van Sales Representatives
• Good knowledge of the area, retailers and distributors of FMCG products.
• Demonstrate Sales Leadership
• Data Analytic skills
• Fleet Management and route optimization.
• Logistics management

Key Performances Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales of the FMCG Category
• GMV
• Customer Retention

Competencies Requirements:

• Good work ethics and time management skills
• Knowledge of category, sales leadership, commercial operations

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month (Net.) + Incentive + HMO
