Position Overview
The Sales / Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our brand presence in the automotive industry.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Leads and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
Identifies new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers.
Analyses sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Develops and nurtures relationships with potential corporate clients, fleet managers, and other industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
Collaborates with the service team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers.
Leads the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Conducts regular sales training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
Monitors industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales strategies.
Marketing Management:
Creates and executes marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
Develops and manages the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and advertising partners.
Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
Oversees the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
Explores innovative marketing approaches, such as influencer partnerships and content marketing, to reach a broader audience.
Implements customer loyalty programs and referral initiatives to enhance customer retention and attract new business.
Monitors and optimises the performance of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivates and maintains long-lasting relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Conducts market research and gather customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings.
Collaborates with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Establishes a customer feedback mechanism and utilize it to drive continuous improvement in services and customer satisfaction.
Initiates customer feedback surveys and analyze the data to identify areas for improvement in both sales and service departments.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and stay updated on industry developments.
Represents the company in negotiations with key clients, ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintains an up-to-date customer database to track customer interactions and preferences.
Qualifications
B.Sc or HND in any field
3 - 5 years sales experience.
