Job Brief

• We are looking for a qualified Female Spa Masseuse to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients.
• You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.
• A Female massage and Spa therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience.
• You should be good at perceiving clients' wishes and needs through spoken language, body language, and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.

What you will be doing

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, pedicures and other therapeutic procedures based on the client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct a thorough consultation with clients to assess their health history, lifestyle, and specific concerns to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Create a welcoming and serene atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their spa experience.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room and spa environment at all times.  
• Adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for clients.
• Stay informed about the spa's product lines and services, promoting and recommending appropriate products to clients.
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods.
• Keep documentation and maintain clients' files.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.  
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

The Ideal Candidate

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist
• Hands-on experience in massage techniques
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients
• User-level computer skills.
