Role Overview

• As a Project Manager at Peddle Technologies, you will plan, execute, and close projects across various domains.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication, resource allocation, and successful project outcomes.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, effective leadership, and navigating complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular project status updates.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track and complete action items.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
